During peak COVID times, I saw my parents' restaurant, like many others, struggle to adapt to the rapidly changing landscape. It was during this time that I recognized the potential of connecting businesses with local content creators to tell their business stories.

Conducting one-on-one interviews with small business owners allowed me to delve into the nuances of their digital marketing struggles. These interviews uncovered key pain points: small to medium-sized
